Used the meditation method by Clifford Carter before my final exams in college and it worked! Learning to meditate and how to accept everything and everyone around you was a great learning experience. I was able to comfort myself and get in touch with my inner warrior spirit before walking into my exam. The meditation method allowed me to focus better on all my exams. The Inner Warrior Spirit workshop (Egg Harbor City, NJ) was very personal and had a great connection with everyone there. Definitely going to it again and recommend for everyone!
